Teaspoon of honey (optional)
*Honey can contain the bacteria that causes infant botulism so children less than 12 months old shouldn’t have honey. Honey is safe for children one year of age and older.
  1. Place the berries, banana, ice cubes, Smart Nutrition™ powder and water in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little a2 Milk™.​
  2. Taste and add honey if desired. Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh berries and mint sprigs if desired.
